Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene compliance.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, floors, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly.
- Follow established safety protocols and use proper cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work within commercial or institutional settings.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment used in facilities maintenance.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues promptly.
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance tasks is a plus.
