As a Project Director within Pomerleau’s Civil & Infrastructure division, you will play a key role at the heart of the Structure business unit. You will contribute to the growth of the organization by building high‑performing teams, fostering innovation, and cultivating trust at all levels of the company. Your role will be essential to supporting our ambitious initiatives in meeting and exceeding project objectives, execution excellence, and workforce management.
With your strong expertise in project management and delivery, you will bring strategic vision and recognized professionalism to every client interaction. By managing large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects—ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion—you will excel in overseeing complex, multi‑phase projects while maintaining exemplary operational discipline.

By working closely with cross‑functional teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, you will ensure the seamless delivery of all projects.
