We are looking to add an ICBC Autoplan Customer Service Representative to our team. This role would focus on helping our customers with their Autoplan and auto insurance needs.
Job Requirements:
- Level 1 Insurance Broker License
- Minimum 6 months of Autoplan ICBC experience
- Experience with ICBC Policy Center
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Highschool Diploma (or equivalent)
- Punjabi language skills would be an asset
The Role:
You will be an integral part of our Autoplan and personal lines team, serving as the key contact point for our clients.
- Help clients with their Autoplan and personal insurance needs (reviewing coverage, processing policies, and assisting with renewals)
- Assisting with administrative tasks associated with Autoplan and personal lines insurance
- Engaging walk-in clients, calling current and prospective clients, and cross-selling insurance products based on customer needs
