Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Reach stacker Container Handler. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Crane Operator plays a vital role in ensuring project safety, efficiency, and success.
Duties
Coordinate with ground personnel and team members using clear communication skills.
- Conduct routine inspections of crane equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of crane operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of lift operations and safety checks.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to crane operation when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations during operations.
- Support other construction activities as needed, including forklift operation if certified.
Experience
- Prior experience operating cranes or similar heavy machinery, is preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, and safety procedures in construction environments is essential.
- Experience working with forklifts or other heavy equipment is advantageous.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are desirable to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for coordinating tasks and ensuring safety compliance.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, especially when interacting with clients or site visitors. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects within a professional team dedicated to safety and excellence in construction operations.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
