Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Shop Cashier/Supervisor to join our retail team. This role involves managing daily cashier operations, accounts receivable, providing excellent customer service, and supervising staff to ensure smooth store functioning. Responsibilities
- Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with product selection, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance sales performance
- Supervise and support team members in daily tasks, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Manage cashier duties such as balancing registers, processing returns, and handling cash accurately
- Maintain organized workstations and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures
- Assist in training new staff on POS systems, customer service standards, and sales techniques
- Handle phone inquiries professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Support overall store operations by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management capabilities
- Experience with POS systems and basic math for cash handling accuracy
- Ability to perform product demos and engage customers through upselling techniques
- Knowledge of merchandising standards and retail best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a team environment
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus
- Multilingual skills are preferred to serve a diverse customer base

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
