We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and Montessori-certified Casa Teacher to join our growing family. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver authentic Montessori lessons tailored to the Pre-Casa age group (3 years – 6 years)
- Maintain a thoughtfully prepared Montessori environment that promotes independence, exploration, and a love of learning
- Observe and document each child's developmental progress with care and consistency
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow staff
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding their child's growth and milestones
- Support daily routines including meals, rest, and transitions with patience and intentionality
- Collaborate with the school team to uphold our Montessori's values and educational standards
- Adhere to all licensing, health, safety, and childcare regulations in Ontario
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Montessori certification Casa— Required
✅ Experience working with Casa age group (3 years – 6 years)
✅ Valid Standard First Aid & CPR certification
✅ Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
✅ Strong understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Warm, patient, and nurturing disposition with a genuine love for children
