We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our dealership lot while providing exceptional guest services. Duties
- Ensure the dealership lot is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Assist customers with parking and retrieving vehicles, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles on the lot to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements
- Drivers license and able to drive manual transmission
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong background in guest services or hospitality is highly valued.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse customers is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication and interpersonal relations.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
