Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying coatings and treatments using various spray equipment, ensuring high-quality results in a safe and efficient manner. Duties
- Operate spray equipment to apply coatings, paints, or treatments accurately according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces and materials prior to spraying, including cleaning and masking as needed
- Conduct inspections of finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain and troubleshoot spray equipment, including cleaning, calibrating, and minor repairs
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations during all spraying activities
- Assist with inventory management of supplies and materials used in spraying processes
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Experience
- Prior experience with sales is advantageous for understanding customer needs and product applications
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, or similar equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with spray technology, coating applications, or related fields is beneficial
- Ability to operate various spray systems safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly
- Previous experience in industrial or agricultural settings is a plus
- Must posses a valid class G license with the ability to drive both Automatic and Manual vehicles
