Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to clients on Canadian immigration pathways, including visas, work permits, study permits, and permanent residence options.
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications accurately and efficiently in accordance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) regulations.
- Stay current with changes in immigration policies and procedures to ensure all advice and submissions are compliant and up-to-date.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine eligibility and develop tailored immigration strategies aligned with individual goals.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, application statuses, and correspondence to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Liaise effectively with government agencies, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth application processing.
- Educate clients on their rights, responsibilities, and the overall immigration process to empower informed decision-making.
Experience
- Valid registration as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
- Proven experience in handling a diverse range of Canadian immigration cases from initial consultation through approval.
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Prior experience using immigration case management software is preferred but not mandatory.
