Twin Hills Ford Lincoln Limited is looking for an experienced Body Technician. You will be required to assist where necessary within the body shop and restore vehicles back to original state.
Job Summary: Repair damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Collaborate effectively with other body shop departmental staff to achieve efficient vehicle flow. Ensure high quality standards are met to reduce and eliminate re-work.
Responsibilities:
- Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
- Work on all makes and models
- Manage work assignments to achieve targets
· Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
· Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.
· Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
Core business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Qualifications:
- 3 years collision shop experience preferred
- Experienced in wet sanding & buffing preferred
- Good general knowledge of entire collision repair process
- Must be highly motivated
- Positive attitude
Experience:
- Body Man / Helper experience 3 years preferred.
- Auto Body paint experience / Knowledge: (Would be an asset)
- Ability to prep vehicles would be an asset.
