Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in beauty care or spa is a bonus but not required. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools and booking software
- being able to use Canva, social media platforms and be able to use and perform content creation
- Handle filing, document management, and general clerical duties such as photocopying and faxing
- Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic administrative tasks in support of office operations
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing
- Support staff and spa functions as needed, including client check-in/out processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in office or front desk experience , clerical work, or front desk reception preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry systems
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor

- High school diploma or equivalent required
