Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding payments
- Update account information and payment status accurately
- Handle customer inquiries regarding their accounts in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize accounting software Sage to track and manage accounts
- Perform data entry tasks to input payment information into the system
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Credit Card processing
- Processing monthly statements
- Other various general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in accounts receivable
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information with professionalism
- Positivity, and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to take on various administrative roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $54,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
