Job Summary
Kaizen Head Spa & Lounge is seeking a passionate Esthetician & scalp massage specialist to deliver an elevated self-care experience rooted in Japanese-inspired relaxation and rejuvenation. The hybrid role combines professional skincare treatments with the rapeutic scalp massage services, offering clients a holistic journey of wellness and tranquility.
Duties
- Perform a customized facials, skin treatments, and head spa therapies with high standard of care.
- Maintain a serene, clean, and hygienic treatment space at all times.
- Record client treatment history, preferences, and progress.
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, and handling retail sales.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing personalized recommendations.
- Promote and recommend spa services and retail products aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and luxurious spa experience.
Skills
- Certified or trained in scalp massage or head spa techniques(or willingness to be trained in-house)
- 1+ year of experience in a spa, wellness clinic, or salon environment.
- Experience in front desk operations within a spa or salon setting.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe environment for clients.
- Retail sales experience with an understanding of product promotion techniques.
- Excellent guest service skills, ensuring a pleasant experience for all clients.
- Sales acumen with the ability to effectively communicate product benefits.
