Duties
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive French language lessons aligned with curriculum standards and student proficiency levels
- Create engaging activities that promote speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in French
- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and oral examinations
- Provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement and confidence in language use
- Incorporate multimedia resources, authentic materials, and technology to enhance learning experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and curricular materials
Experience
- Proven experience teaching French at various levels, from beginner to advanced
- Strong knowledge of French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural contexts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students of different ages and backgrounds
- Familiarity with modern language teaching methodologies and digital learning tools
- Ability to assess student needs accurately and adapt lessons accordingly
- Prior experience in a classroom setting or educational environment is preferred
- Certification in teaching French or related qualifications are advantageous
