- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the leasing department
- Draft lease documents (lease agreements, amendments, extensions, assignments/subleases, Temporary Occupancy Agreements, Letter of Intent/Proposals) and other memos and letters as required
- Draft lease term summary, TSLR, and liaise with Accounts Administrator and Property Accountant
- Leasing workflow and tracking - leasing documents, obtaining tenant and Landlord signatures, insurance documents and permits and etc.
- Filing: organize, scan and maintain filing systems and ensures all paperwork is in file prior to final review.
- Taking minutes during leasing meetings
- Complete expense reports for the leasing department
- Assist with leasing calls/e-mails
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred and two (2) + years of related training or experience in retail, real estate, leasing, management etc.
- Computer skills including: internet, e-mail, (MS Outlook) MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and Customer Service skills
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
