Job purpose
Easy-Kleen is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Maritime Sales Representative specializing in the sales of high-pressure cleaning equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending the right equipment solutions, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and committed to helping customers find the best solution for their applications.
This position is responsible for managing sales activities throughout all Maritime provinces. The preferred home location for this role is Sussex NB; however, candidates located in Moncton NB, or Halifax NS, will also be considered. Regular travel throughout the Maritime region is required.
Duties and responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their cleaning needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including specifications, applications, and benefits
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and guide customers through selection and purchasing
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business
- Accurately maintain customer records, quotes, and sales activity in NetSuite
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI’s
- Attend industry events, trade shows, or training sessions as needed
