Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure each dish meets our standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are strictly followed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours
- Support the team in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant kitchens as a line cook or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Previous experience with serving guests or customers is a plus but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
