Responsibilities
- Operate saw - Must operate continuously this is high priority - accurate cuts according to instructions and blueprints
- Multi task while saw is cutting
- Perform MIG welding following detailed specifications
- Use bending machine
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for cutting requirements and fabrication tasks
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to ensure precision in fabrication
- Rigging materials and components safely for lifting or positioning using cranes or forklifts
- Set up and operate punch machines for punching metal as required
- Assist with assembly of components in accordance with manufacturing standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience with MIG welding, plasma cutting, and general welding practices
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proven ability to interpret drawings to obtain cut list if not provided
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments
- Experience operating saws (including plasma cutters), punch machines, cranes, forklifts preferred
- Knowledge of rigging techniques for lifting heavy materials safely
- Above average math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes
- Strong understanding of schematics and assembly instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay: $17.72-$29.10 per hour
