Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Roofing Repair and Maintenance Employee to join our team. This role involves performing essential repairs and maintenance on roofing systems, ensuring safety, durability, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in construction-related tasks. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in roofing and general building maintenance while contributing to the safety and integrity of our clients' properties.
Responsibilities
Inspect roofs for damage, leaks and maintenance needs. Repair or replace shingles, flasdhing, sealants and related roofing materials. Repair/replace SBS and all types of flat roofing. Perform preventative maintenance to extend roof life and improve performance. Set up and use ladders, scaffolding and safety equipment properly. REmove debris and maintain a clean, organized work site. Follow company procedure, safety standards and job site requirements.
Experience
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques is a plus
- Handyman experience demonstrating versatility in repair tasks is advantageous
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is beneficial
- Experience with caulking, sealing, heavy lifting, and general maintenance is desirable
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely

Pay: $17.85-$36.18 per hour
