Overview
We are seeking a qualified RN Prescriber to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and medication management within a clinical setting. The RN Prescriber will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered services. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations
- Diagnose common illnesses and health conditions in collaboration with healthcare team members
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and health maintenance strategies
- Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational policies related to prescriptive authority
