About:
CCS is a safety and compliance consulting firm that specializes in Trucking safety and compliance. We are looking for a Safety and Compliance Coordinator to join our team and work from a location in Mississauga, ON.
The Safety and Compliance Coordinator will develop and implement programs and policies to address fleet maintenance and safety, driver safety and ensure compliance with regulations related to transportation industry.

Responsibilities:
- Driver hiring and driver qualification file management
- Monitor Driver, vehicle, and company credentials and process renewal as necessary
- Audit Driver daily Logs and provide re-training or discipline where necessary
- Review and follow up with all traffic tickets, warnings, convictions, or accidents
- Monitoring and staying current with all federal and provincial safety regulations
- Report new claims to insurance and follow up with insurance on existing claims.
- Process vehicle licensing and permitting applications
- Work with the client's fleet manager for vehicle maintenance inspections and file maintenance reports
- Other Administrative duties as they arise
