In 2023, we opened our own manufacturing facility to produce custom menus, binders, presentation products, and portfolios.
Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bindery Worker to join our production team.
This role involves working with machines and hand tools to finish menu covers and other products.
No advanced experience is required — we will train you.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, works carefully, and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machines such as cutters, drills, gluing machines, and foil stamping equipment
- Follow instructions on job orders and production sheets
- Check finished products to make sure they meet quality standards
- Pack and organize completed orders
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Help with general production tasks as needed
- Report any machine issues or defects to a supervisor
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and work carefully
- Good attention to detail
- Basic English (able to understand instructions and communicate with team)
- Comfortable using tools and machines (training provided)
- Basic math skills (measuring, counting, simple calculations)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in manufacturing, bindery, printing, or assembly work
- Experience using cutting, drilling, or stamping machines
- Experience working with materials like vinyl, leather, or paper products
- Experience with quality control or inspection
