Mississauga Chrysler is currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sub-Prime Finance Manager to lead and expand our growing Special Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full operational ownership of Mississauga Chrysler’s Sub-Prime Finance Department.
- Independently generate, qualify, structure, and close sub-prime finance deals from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with a broad network of sub-prime lending institutions.
- Review customer credit applications and structure transactions aligned with lender programs and approval criteria.
- Clearly communicate financing options and vehicle solutions to customers in a professional and transparent manner.
- Work collaboratively with other Sales and Finance teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and funding processes.
- Ensure full compliance with OMVIC regulations, privacy legislation, and dealership policies and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service focused on trust, retention, and long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records, deal documentation, and reporting related to all sub-prime activity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of direct experience in automotive sub-prime or special finance sales.
- Strong knowledge of sub-prime lending programs, lender portals, and deal structuring.
- Demonstrated success in commission-based or high-performance automotive environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Valid OMVIC license and Ontario G-Class driver’s license required.
- Bilingual candidates (English plus additional languages) are considered an asset.
- FCA/Stellantis training experience considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
