We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual to join our Front Desk team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a key role in creating a positive and lasting impression from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Register guests, assign rooms, and accurately enter guest information into the property management system
- Handle incoming calls, process reservations, and verify existing bookings
- Process payments and complete guest check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and assist with requests such as dining recommendations and local area information
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service with a guest-focused approach
- Comfortable using computers and hotel systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
- Professional, courteous, and cooperative demeanour
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to work weekends and holidays
