We are a growing heating, cooling, plumbing, and energy upgrade company . We specialize in heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioning, and energy-efficient home upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of residential heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and air handlers
- Help with ductwork, refrigerant piping, line sets, venting, and drains
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Take job photos and complete basic paperwork
- Support lead installers and communicate professionally with homeowners
Requirements
- HVAC/heat pump installation experience preferred
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset
- Physically fit and able to lift equipment
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces and mechanical rooms
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Basic hand tools experience preferred
