What You'll Do:
As a Duct and Carpet Cleaning Assistant, you will work alongside experienced technicians to provide high-quality cleaning services in customers’ homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with carpet, upholstery, and duct cleaning services
- Helping set up and operate professional cleaning equipment
- Learning to educate customers about maintaining clean and healthy home systems
- Providing excellent customer service during every visit
- Supporting technicians with job preparation and cleanup
- Maintaining a professional and respectful presence in customers’ homes
As you gain experience and complete training, you’ll have the opportunity to advance into a Technician role with increased earning potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Positive attitude, motivation, and reliability
- Basic customer service experience
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing hands-on work
- Comfortable working inside customers’ homes
- A smartphone capable of taking and sending photos

- Professional steam carpet cleaning equipment
- Cleaning wands and hoses
- Compressors and drills
- Basic tools and equipment used for cleaning services
