Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Prompt and courteous service on deliveries and report any errors or actions requiring attention.
Maintain delivery window times at stores.
Complete documentation ofall deliveries – number of trays are counted and loggedbefore and after each delivery.RDM for completeness.
Verify store numbers, route and stop before releasing the product to store.
Mustcount all “Hi Value items” withthe storeteam when delivery is completed and follow “CheckinProcess” /Got It and FER process ofallHigh Value Items.
Report and Return all damaged and missedproducts deliveredback to Food Centre.
Operate vehicles in a safe and professional manner.Abiding all transportation laws maintaining a safe driving record.
Perform Pre and Post trip inspection of the trucks (Safety Check), all functions arecompleted,trucks are clean andhaveadequate fuel and DEF fluid before and after each shift.
Loading Products inside the truck in different temp zones. Securing Bulkhead and loads.
Report any truck issue and delivery issues to supervisor/lead hand/Manager.
Report any late deliveries for documentation.
Ensure security of load and truck. Doors locked and spare key in pocket.
Building good relationships with customers on each route to help their needs.
Position may require other job duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
