Overview:
We are seeking a Scooper to join our team. As a Scooper, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and serving their desired ice cream flavors
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and serving area
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety and quality
- Prepare ice cream cones and other frozen treats according to customer preferences
- Upsell additional menu items or toppings to enhance the customer experience
- Provide friendly and efficient service to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and presentation
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
