Wage ranges between CA$41.50 - $45.50 based on previous work experience.
Experience:
- Must have a electrical journeyman certificate, red seal preferable
- Experience in high end residential electrical installations an asset
- Ability to follow provided drawings/blueprints
Requirements and Key Attributes:
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, supervising and training 1-3 apprentices.
- You're willing and able to follow through with instructions, and have the courage to ask for guidance when needed.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality with a positive, can-do attitude.
- High attention to detail, and commitment to completing quality work.
- High regard for safety.
- Solid work ethic: you're responsible, trustworthy and you strive to do your best work every day.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment according to schematics and blueprints.
- Utilize hand and power tools to perform tasks efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant codes.
- Lead and mentor apprentices.

Working Conditions:
- Work 4 day work week, 10 hours per day
- Indoor and outdoor work; exposure to unfavourable weather conditions such as rain and cold temperatures
- Perform physically demanding tasks: moving and lifting heavy objects; frequent bending, crouching, kneeling, and repetitive motions
- Working from heights (on ladders, scissor lifts and boom lifts)
- Working in constructions zones with potential safety hazards- exposed elements, clutter, unfinished/uneven floors, etc.
- You will be responsible for your transportation to and from job sites (Calgary and Area)
