The Role
As a Major Accounts Sales Consultant, you'll work from our Vancouver head office, partnering directly with large national nonprofits, community foundations, and corporate giving programs to understand their fundraising challenges and match them with the right mix of our products and services. This is a full-cycle, consultative sales role — think trusted advisor, not transactional rep.
What You'll Do
· Build deep relationships with major nonprofit accounts and prospects, positioning yourself as a strategic partner in their fundraising success
· Conduct discovery conversations with development directors, foundation managers, and corporate giving leaders to uncover challenges and opportunities
· Develop tailored proposals that align our fundraising intelligence and prospect research solutions to each client's specific goals
· Manage a portfolio of major accounts through the full sales cycle — from outreach to close to renewal
· Collaborate closely with our Vancouver-based client success and product teams to ensure client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
· 5+ years of experience in major account or solution-based sales, ideally with nonprofit, foundation, or corporate social responsibility clients
· A consultative, relationship-first selling style with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
· Strong understanding of the nonprofit fundraising landscape — grant writing, prospect research, donor development, or corporate giving experience is a significant asset
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leaders and board-level stakeholders
· Genuine interest in the social impact sector
Compensation & Details
· Full-time, permanent role based in our Vancouver, BC office
· Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission — OTE $100,000+ CAD

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
