Experienced Hardscape & Stonework Crew Lead
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hardscape & Stonework professional to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well with others, and is capable of leading a crew when needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a hardscape crew.
- Installing interlocking pavers and brick paving.
- Site preparation, including grading and screeding.
- Measuring, marking, and cutting pavers and stone.
- Installing large-format porcelain/concrete pavers and tile.
- Concrete installation and finishing.
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hardscape and stone installation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
