We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively to enhance customer understanding
- Perform upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising displays and ensure product availability and presentation meet company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize strong phone etiquette when communicating with clients or potential customers
- Organize and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and store goals
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization of merchandise
- Support team members in achieving overall store or department objectives
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related customer service roles is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English plus additional languages) are highly desirable for serving a diverse clientele
- Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interactions
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide technical product demos is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities are required to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail environments will be beneficial for success in this role
