The Integrity team is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to help reduce fraud costs and drive solutions that safeguard the integrity of our platform. In this role, you'll develop a deep understanding of our three core audiences—Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants—and become a key resource for analyzing behaviors that may indicate risky or abusive patterns. You'll lead investigations into high-risk activity, design data-informed strategies, and implement cross-functional initiatives to mitigate losses while maintaining a seamless and trusted user experience. Most importantly, you'll help strike the right balance between user trust and risk management, ensuring we continue to support growth while protecting the platform.

- Establish and refine DoorDash's strategic approach to payments, credit and refund risks - work on the operations, engineering, and analytics needed to protect DoorDash's audiences from bad actors
- Analyze user behavior across DoorDash's platform – complete end-to-end analysis that allows us to better identify the bad actors and improve the experience of good users
- Influence and engage across the company - partner with the product, engineering, and analytics teams to establish goals and build strategic programs
- Improve through experimentation – use data-driven decision-making to run tests in order to reduce risk while accelerating growth
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics or related experience
- Experience leading projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Problem solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets/sheets)
- You have a bachelor's degree
