No Limits Motorsports is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper & Office manager to support our growing business. This is a full time position with flexible scheduling within our Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm operating hours
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll support and reporting
- Customer invoicing and payment processing
- Data entry and maintaining organized financial records
- Assisting with inventory tracking and internal reporting
- General office administration and office support
Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Sage50 or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in automotive, motorsports, or powersports industry considered an asset
Compensation & Schedule
- $30–$38 per hour (based on experience)
- Flexible scheduling within Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00am–6:00
