We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, create a relaxing environment for clients, and promote retail products. Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail enhancements.
- Offer additional services such as body waxing to enhance client experience.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell retail products to clients to support their ongoing nail care routines.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and inviting for clients throughout the day.
- Stay current with industry trends and new techniques through ongoing education and training.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those new to the industry.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation protocols, and current trends in nail art and design.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven ability in retail sales and upselling products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with attention to detail and professionalism.
Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
