We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions.
- Assist in upselling products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle cashiering responsibilities, including cash handling and balancing the register at the end of shifts.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Experience with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to upsell products through persuasive communication techniques.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
