Northview Golf & Country Club is currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Building Maintenance Assistant to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-kept facility environment. The successful candidate will support the overall upkeep of the property through general maintenance, repairs, and daily operational support.
Position Responsibilities
- General building maintenance and repairs
- HVAC monitoring and basic maintenance support
- Janitorial and cleanliness duties throughout the property
- Troubleshooting and repairing broken equipment or facility items
- Identifying and addressing maintenance concerns proactively
- Supporting the overall upkeep and appearance of the facility
Schedule
- Saturday – Wednesday
- 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Hours may vary based on operational requirements and seasonal demands
Qualifications
- Previous general maintenance experience considered an asset
- Good computer skills required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
- Ability to lift and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
