Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Representative who can communicate clearly, follow process, and work closely with our shop team to deliver accurate and professional results.
Position Overview
This is not a typical sales role.
You will be responsible for gathering accurate information, building proper quotes, and coordinating jobs from start to finish.
Attention to detail and communication are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, in person)
- Collect complete customer and vehicle information (including VIN)
- Work with customers to understand their needs and create layouts
- Prepare accurate written quotes
- Follow the CFO Sales Procedure
- Coordinate with the shop, foreman, and management
- Order parts and manage job files
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding timelines and updates
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate

Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Mechanical or automotive knowledge is an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
