Responsibilities
- Engage customers in retail locations and meet the quotas daily and weekly
- high volume of upselling
- Will be walking around the store and approaching customers. (should be comfortable to work around the store and stand for long hours)
- Educate customers about credit card benefits and promotions
- Assist customers with completing applications
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain professionalism and compliance standards Qualifications
- Prior experience in face to face sales, door to door , credit card, or insurance sales is highly desirable
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable financial products
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
