Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Sunridge Mall shopping mall cart.
In this role, you will greet customers, introduce our handmade press-on nails, provide product recommendations, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a positive attitude, and is motivated to achieve sales goals.
We provide comprehensive training, so previous retail or sales experience is an asset but not required. If you are reliable, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing beauty brand, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Proactively approach customers and introduce our handmade press-on nails.
- Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate products and answer customer questions.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Keep the mall cart clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Restock products and assist with inventory management.
- Deliver excellent customer service and help create a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or retail experience is an asset but not required.
- Interest in beauty, fashion, or nail products is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Looking for a long-term part-time opportunity.
