Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients before, during, and after sessions to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including proper sanitation of equipment and workspaces.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other health professionals or team members to support holistic client care.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the CMTO
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and therapeutic practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided as needed.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude at all times.

Pay: $60.00-$75.00 per hour
