We are seeking an After Market Sales Representative to support service growth and customer retention across the GTA.
The Role – After Market Sales Representative
The After Market Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships while driving revenue through service, repair, and maintenance agreements.
This role works closely with Service Technicians, Estimator, and the Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Identify opportunities for service work, repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance programs
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare and present quotations for aftermarket services and minor projects
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and service opportunities to close sales
- Collaborate with Operations and Service teams to ensure accurate scope and successful project execution
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and customer activity reports
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development within industrial or construction-related industries
- Experience with service-based sales (maintenance, repair, or aftermarket support)
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within the GTA
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Assets:
- Experience with overhead doors, loading dock systems, or similar building products
- Technical or mechanical aptitude
- Existing network within warehousing, logistics, or industrial sectors
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and service agreements

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
