We are looking to hire an experienced line cook who has worked in a professional restaurant kitchen and who has supervising experience. We are hiring for 1 kitchen leader, with the potential for advancement to Jr. Sous/Sous Chef in the future. The Kitchen Leader will be responsible for leading shifts when the Chef/Sous Chef are not available, so we are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, strong cooking skills, ability to hit labour targets, and the ability to delegate tasks to the line cooks.
