Licensed Millwright 433A
Shift: Continental Shift-Fixed Nights-5pm-5:30am
We are hiring a skilled Millwright Mechanic to join our Maintenance team on fixed night shifts. You will play a vital role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production and packaging equipment to ensure optimal plant performance.
What will YOU be doing as a Millwright Mechanic?
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging, processing, and site auxiliary equipment
- Execute preventative maintenance programs and document activities using CMMS (MP2)
- Carry out machining, welding, basic electrical, sheet metal, and steam/refrigeration work as needed
- Source and prepare parts for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Support operators and production teams with technical guidance and equipment training
- Maintain compliance with safety programs (Lockout, Confined Space, Hot Work Permit) and contribute to daily shift handoffs
What YOU bring to the table
- Current and valid Industrial Millwright License (433A required)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and sound sanitary practices (training available if needed)
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
- Physically able to meet the demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
- Flexible to work fixed night shifts and perform other duties as assigned
