· Proven kitchen experience in high-volume or fine dining settings
· A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to plate presentation and quality
· Professionalism and a strong work ethic
· Ability to adapt and perform under pressure
· Team players who are passionate about food and continuous learning
· Previous winery experience is an asset
