Our company is growing and this individual will serve in an administrative role in our Service Department with customer reception & retention being a key component. This individual will be responsible for interacting with clients in person, on the phone, email and by text message. The salary is negotiable depending on experience. Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Lightspeed POS system
- Experience working in a Service Department
- Ability to trouble shoot/investigate customer concerns
- Experience driving ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, motorcycles, and snowmobiles
- Fork Lift / Lift Truck experience
Responsibility:
- Greet all customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule and follow up on customer appointments
- Provide estimates & quote repair work
- Receive units and perform initial condition inspection
- Complete administration of service work and collect payment
- Recommend additional required maintenance, as necessary
- Promptly answer the phone in a courteous manner, as necessary
- Accurate data entry and message taking
- Assist Service Manager, as necessary
- Liaise between parts department, technicians, and customers
- Other assigned duties as required

- 8-hour shift, between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
- Rotating Saturday shifts as required
- Overtime available, as required
