CERTAINTY HOME ASSET MANAGEMENT LTD. is hiring a full-time Window Installer for residential exterior renovation and repair projects in Calgary and surrounding areas.
Main duties include:
- Install, repair, and replace residential windows and exterior doors
- Remove and reinstall exterior siding around window and door openings when required
- Install exterior trim, flashing, caulking, and weatherproofing details
- Complete interior finishing around windows and doors, including casing, trim, and minor touch-ups
- Measure, cut, fit, and fasten related exterior and interior finishing materials
- Assist with siding repair and exterior finishing work when required
- Work safely on ladders and exterior job sites
- Load, unload, and handle materials and tools
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company installation standards and supervisor instructions
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 5 years of related window, door, siding, or exterior installation experience
- Ability to work outdoors and at heights
- Ability to complete basic interior trim and finishing work around windows and doors
- Ability to use common hand tools and power tools safely
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a small team
- Basic English communication required
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset
Job details:
- Position: Full-time, permanent
- Wage: $36.00 to $38.00 per hour
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
- Work location: On the road, Calgary and surrounding areas
- Overtime may be required
- Mileage may be paid for approved work-related travel
