Assistant Dough Mixer
Tartistes is a food processing company specialized in artisan savory and sweet pastry products located in North Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC.
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Dough Mixer / Dough Divider to join our production team. You’ll help prepare and handle dough to ensure consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced food production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately
- Helping mix dough using industrial mixers
- Combining ingredients by hand when needed
- Operating dough dividing equipment safely
- Setting up and disassembling equipment
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
- Following food safety and workplace safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively with other team members and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, repetitive tasks)
- Bakery or food production experience is preferred.
