Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Application Equipment Operator at Sylvite, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the efficient use of machinery and equipment. This position is essential to maintaining our commitment to quality and service excellence within the agricultural supply industry.
Customs Operations:
- Perform fertilizer applications via Dry application Equipment
- Provide high quality, intricate and detailed custom application services for growers
- Communicate with support vehicles and office staff
- Perform general maintenance where needed (equipment, spreaders, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience
- Good understanding of agricultural practices and farm equipment
- Team player, good communication skills, highly organized, dependable
- Willing to work long hours during the peak season
- Clean driving record, ‘G’ license or ability to obtain
- Forklift operation is an asset
- DZ or AZ license is an asset
