Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lawn & Snow Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves driving business growth through outside sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the lawn and snow services sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of business development, and experience in B2B sales. Fluency in Spanish is a plus to effectively serve diverse clients. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outside sales efforts in the lawn and snow services market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing the benefits of our services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Manage accounts efficiently using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support business development initiatives by participating in industry events, networking functions, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the lawn care, snow removal, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Ability to develop strategic plans for business growth and execute them successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships.
- Strong marketing acumen with the ability to analyze market data and customer needs.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
